After four years of consultation, collaboration, and conversations with local communities and stakeholders, we are happy to share that the Earls Court Development Company yesterday submitted the Hybrid Planning Applications to reinstate Earls Court as a global destination for wonder.

As central London’s largest cleared development opportunity, Earls Court is the reimagining of an iconic part of London into a dynamic, inclusive, and sustainable neighborhood.
With nature as the golden thread, the long empty site will be transformed as a new neighborhood with 4,000 new homes and 12,000 jobs set within 20 acres of new public and hardworking green space that is resilient to climate change, enhances biodiversity, promotes active mobility, and will be a global showcase of modern and true life quality – for all life.

The vision for Earls Court, as a place to discover wonder, is guided by four place pillars that underpin everything we do:
– A celebration of nature and its ability to connect and revive
– A showcase for climate and clean innovation
– A cultural ecosystem for future talent
– An inspiring neighbourhood designed for all stages of life
